Kampala Nights
Fire. Flavor. Fellowship.
An after-dark journey through the streets and soul of Kampala. Five parts. One night. The Rolex made live in front of you.
From the street to the leaf.
Kampala Nights is rooted in Ugandan food and in Reggie’s own connection to it—a personal table shaped by memory, curiosity, and respect for the cuisine.
We start cold and bright, move to charcoal, roll the Rolex in front of you, and sit down for luwombo. Ugandan coffee closes the night.
Familiar if you know it. Generous if you don’t. Built to be shared.
Five parts. One table.
Kampala at Dusk
Passion fruit, ginger, and lime sparkling cooler. Caramelized gonja, roasted groundnut, lime, and chile.
The Street Opens
Charcoal short rib muchomo. Kachumbari. Pili-pili. Fire-roasted scallion.
The Rolex Flight
Three mini Rolexes. Three ways to love the same tradition. Made live in front of you.
The Table
Chicken luwombo wrapped in banana leaf. Groundnut sauce. Matoke. Braised greens. The part of the night that sits down.
Kampala After Dark
Sesame-groundnut cake. Passion fruit. Charred pineapple. Dark chocolate. Ugandan coffee. Groundnut-sesame brittle.
The Rolex Flight
One tradition. Three personalities. All wrapped in fresh chapati.
The Original
Egg, cabbage, tomato, onion, chile.
Kampala 227
Charred chicken, egg, sukumawiki, tomato, avocado, house chile-herb sauce.
The 227
Shaved beef, caramelized onion, peppers, cheese, egg.
Watch it. Smell it. Taste it.
Chapati on the heat. You choose the filling. We roll it. You eat it while the chapati is still hot and pliable.
- Fresh chapati, made live
- Egg, vegetables, chile, herbs, and fillings prepared for the griddle
- Your choice—or the flight, if you’d rather just sit
- Rolled in front of the room
Street lights to candlelight.
Ugandan sounds. Warm light. A room built for talking over. Bold without being loud for the sake of it.
Not a restaurant reservation.
A night you hire.
Kampala Nights works as a full experience for weddings, private parties, corporate gatherings, and festivals.
